Penelope Cruz admits watching Meryl Streep on-screen made her 'obsessed with acting'

Most people have role models they look up to, especially in their profession, and Oscar winner Penelope Cruz is revealing hers to be Meryl Streep.

When I first started watching movies and I saw Meryls work, thats when I became obsessed with acting, Cruz told Harpers Bazaar in the magazines May issue, Now I kiss her whenever I see her! She must think Im crazy.

Cruz even worked with The Iron Lady star on an AIDS charity campaign and the Vicky Cristina Barcelona actress recalls the photo shoot.

As soon as she got to the set, I had to sit topless on top of her, she explained, The New York Daily News reports. It was the most interesting love scene Ive ever done.

Cruz also reveals that since becoming a wife to actor Javier Bardem and mother to their 1-year-old son Leonardo, she is limiting the amount of work she puts into films.

Maybe Ill make one movie a year, maybe two, but its not going to be more than that because I have other priorities now, she explained.

The next project on Cruzs plate is Woody Allens To Rome with Love.
