Can this be a coincidence that Katie Holmes has moved into the same apartment block in New York that Penelope Cruz fled to following her split with Tom Cruise in 2004?

Penelope Cruz moved to the apartment block in 2004 after ending the three-year relationship with Tom Cruise - and now Katie Holmes, 33 has followed suit.

It's not the first coincidence that the pundits have picked up on around Tom and Katie's split.

Tom Cruise's former wives, Nicole Kidman and Mimi Rogers, also divorced him when the! y were 3 3 - the same age as Katie Holmes - and now two of his ex's have taken shelter in the same 8,000 a month Chelsea block.

According to US reports, Katie Holmes agreed to a prenuptial agreement with Tom Cruise that is long, tight and stacked in Toms favour, meaning Katie will leave the marriage with only what she brought to it when the pair divorce.

But friends say the former Dawsons Creek actress isnt worried about her soon-to-be ex-husband's millions as long as he provides child support for their six-year-old daughter Suri Cruise.
